Head Coaches Travel Free: Pilgrim Sports offers free travel to head coaches accompanied by ten or more passengers.

Promotional Materials & Customer Support: To support your tour promotion, Pilgrim Sports will provide custom tour brochures, a private web page, and an online reservation form. Competitive Pricing: Pilgrim Sports offers competitively priced tours to destinations all over the world. Simply provide your specific travel details, and our staff will provide a price quotation to match your travel needs.

Travel Documentation & Payments: As individuals join your tour, Pilgrim Sports’ will manage all tour reservation forms, payments, receipts, final invoices, and necessary travel documentation.

Travel Monitoring & Emergency Call Support: To ensure your tour’s success, a Pilgrim Sports’ representative will monitor all tour flights, provide 24 hour emergency call assistance, and oversee the operations of your tour.

 

icon_passengersPilgrim Sports recommends a minimum of ten passengers for all custom tour packages. Group airfare rates require ten passengers and many hotels offer group rates for ten or more individuals. Tour packages do not have a limit for traveling passengers.

icon_promotionPromotion is vital to your tour’s success; Pilgrim Sports recommends that group leaders actively promote their tour for nine months. This time frame allows prospective travelers to save funds, secure necessary travel documentation, and share their trip with relatives and friends.

icon_fundraisePilgrim Sports wants your travel experience to be successful, and we believe fundraising can assist you with that goal. We trust that successful fundraising efforts will benefit your team beyond the financial profits as individuals work together, endorse your athletic team, and promote your tour.  Below are fundraising suggestions that may help your team.

Online Fundraising: Promote the upcoming tour through your team’s website, Facebook page, or email contacts. Create and share an event at one of the following sites: GoFundMe, MyEvent, FundlyGoGetFunding or another online fundraising site.

Service Fundraising: Organize a local car-wash, raffle, silent auction or sporting event that provides funds to off-set your tour costs. Ask local businesses to host, donate to, or promote these events at their place of business.

Travel Sponsors: Highlight the opportunities given from this trip and ask family and friends to sponsor you. After your return home, share your gratitude and travel experience with these individuals, and give them a small souvenir from your trip.
